I received my items in 3 separate boxes. PLEASE BEWARE, if you would like to ever return this product you will only receive 2/3 of the money back that you paid for it! This should be noted on the advertisement but it is not, so I am stuck with it or I would lose 1/3 of the money that I paid. First, the boxes were very heavy and I needed someone to help me get them in the house. Please do not order this unless you are a carpenter. Also, you will definitely need assistance! It is noted on the directions but not when you actually purchase the furniture. Even the headboard was in 12 different pieces and the screws are not numbered or lettered, so you have to figure out what goes where yourself. Also, please have some power tools available such as a drill. It took about 2 hours for me to put just the headboard together, even with the help of my husband, who is a plumber and pretty big guy. I have not even mustered up the energy to put the rest of the items together. The directions are not very clear and we had to take the headboard apart twice because the directions were terrible. If I had it my way, this would have gone back immediately. I should have listened to the reviews myself but thinking I am very apt in putting things together, I could do this. Boy, was I wrong!I was not able to find people that can assemble the dresser, the instructions are long and winding and difficult to follow and so you would have to pay a lot of money to get it assembledFollowed the directions perfectly and only 5 of 6 drawers work in the dresser. Way overpriced for the quality I received.
